All service engagements are governed by a signed agreement between EWG and the client. EWG reserves the right to modify its services, pricing, and availability at any time. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and deliverable timelines are outlined in each individual service agreement. EWG is not liable for outcomes resulting from client decisions made based on consulting recommendations.

Use of this website does not constitute a contractual agreement. All intellectual property produced by EWG on behalf of a client becomes the property of that client upon receipt of full payment. EWG retains the right to reference completed engagements for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. EWG reserves the right to decline or terminate any engagement that conflicts with its values, legal obligations, or capacity. Disputes arising from any EWG engagement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
